Job Description:
Develops bioinformatics software for analysis of clinical data, expression data, and genomic data. Writes software, develops and maintains web pages and web interfaces and develops and manages databases. Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as biochemistry, molecular biology, biology, genetics or other scientific field. Three years of experience in bioinformatics or computational sciences. A relevant master's degree or PhD is preferred and will be considered in lieu of two year of required experience. Experience with bioinformatics software and experience creating/modifying software using one or more major programming languages is required. Experience with genomic databases, statistical analysis software, transcription factor binding site analysis software, and comparative genomic analysis is preferred.
