Job Description:
The Molecular Profiling group is seeking a talented data analyst with experience in computational biology and large-scale genomic data analysis. The scientist will collaborate with colleagues across the research and clinical development teams and expected to play a key scientific role in leveraging innovative analytics to empower data-driven decisions in advancing our pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Immune & Infection diseases scientists to design molecular profiling experiments.
  • Develop and implement data analysis pipeline using statistically sound methodologies.
  • Manage and integrate knowledge from prior experiments & biological databases through existing or novel algorithms.
  • Characterize molecular mechanisms and identify novel therapeutic targets and pathways from mouse model and human clinical samples.
  • Make scientific contributions in genomic technology and data sciences at the theoretical and empirical level.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in bioinformatics, data science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analyzing genomic data (e.g. bulk/single-cell RNA-seq).
  • Expertise in genomic data quality assessment and visualization.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative nature in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of immunology is highly preferred.
