- Analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data in support of ongoing assay and bioinformatics pipeline development.
- Creation and validation of bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of NGS data.
- Encapsulation of analysis pipelines in a scalable and robust production environment.
- Software engineering and software life cycle management.
- Master degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biology, (Bio) engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar by experience.
- Active experience with bioinformatics tools and NGS data analysis.
- Prior experience with programming (preferably using Python) is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical problem solver.
- Ability to write high quality technical documents in English.
- Team player with good communication skills.

Requeriments :
- M.Sc. or higher Degree in Bioinformatics
- M.Sc. or higher Degree in Computer Science
- Master's Degree in Engineering
