Exp: 5-6 years; Academic Qualification
- Candidate must have master degree (PG) in Bioinformatics (M.Sc/M.Tech) & UG in either Bioinformatics, Biotechnolgy, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Computer science, IT, Statistics, Botany, Chemistry.
- Must have => 5 yrs of total work experience with minimum 5 yrs of industry experience. Must have good programming skills in Perl/Python (with relevant experience of 5 years). Knowledge of R will be plus but optional.
- Familiar with the concept of Fundamental Biology subjects. (Knowledge of Molecular Biology, Genomics, and Genetics is must).
- Must have experience in developing and using either of the Genomics Data analysis workflows for NGS . Example RNA-seq, Targeted exome sequencing, Genome Transcriptome Assembly etc.
- Must have Basic Bioinformatics skills including annotations, functional analysis skills and knowledge of Bioinformatics tools and databases.
- Must have experience in web application development OR experienced in providing Bioinformatics Services. Candidate with experience/interest of web application development skills will be given priority.
- Candidate with interest/experience in Big data technology and cloud (Google or AWS) based development will be a add on.Key SkillsBudget- 12 LPANP-Immediate/30 daysShort Job Description Should have completed M.Sc. Bio Informatics Require 5-6 years of work experience in any Bio-Informatics field Experience in Python or Scripting language will be preferred Experience in Java or any other IT development experience is a bonus
