The candidate is expected to develop web services and graphic user interfaces for the dissemination of software and knowledge base, as well as distributed applications in a cloud computing environment. Other Duties Other duties may include: 1. Set up computer hardwaare and software. 2. Maintain Linux operating system. 3. Manage Oracle database server.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements: The incumbent must have a B.S. in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, and/or related fields. The incumbent also must have strong experiences in web application development and relational database management system; effective communication skills; self-motivated and independent. Preferred qualifications: Expertise in python programming on Linux; familiar with statistics and machine learning methods; experiences in distributed computing using Spark.Requeriments :
