Job Description:
Job responsibilities include but not restricted to:

  • Responsible for developing novel and innotative method for analyzing large dataset and interpret multi-dimensional data sets including 1000genome, ENCODE, GEO, large population study, clinical cohorts
  • Contributes to informatics data integration and management effectContributes towards improving existing bioinformatics tools for genomic data interpretationContributes towards several research initiatives by the company

Desired experience and expertise:

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • PhD in computation biology/genomics/bioinformatics/computer-science/applied statistics
  • 2-3 years of experience as Post-doctoral experience/Exceptional candidate with fresh PhD
  • Good track record of publications and/or other recognitions
  • Advance knowledge of informaitcs, genetics, genomics, epigenetics
  • Advance knowledge of processing and analyzing Next-Generation seqencing and multi-Omics dataGood knowledge of programming languages for data analysis and tool development such as Perl, Php, Python, R, Java, Html, SQL
  • Experience in integrating and visualization of NGS datasets
  • Knowledge in statistical analysis and bioinformatics methods
  • Developed new methodology for data analysis
You will also be expected to have:
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills"Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, start-up attitude
  • The ability to work across teams and functions effectively
