Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking Data Analysts and Data Scientists to join a newly formed team in Raleigh, NC. You will get to work with large amounts of data derived from both structured and unstructured data sources while working on problems related to data integrity and data mining. Responsibilities of the Data Analyst include:
- Use Python and R as well as other tools to provide ETL, Data Cleansing and Data Mining of large, complex data sets derived from multiple sources.
- Assist with Building data analysis pipelines and continuously improving them.
- Ensure data meets all requirements prior to being sent for economic analysis.
- Use insight gained from analyses to improve analytics applications across the organization.
- At least 0-6 years of experience in relevant (i.e., data analysis) roles using Python and R.
- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, computational biology, computer science or a closely-related discipline.
- Strong skills with Python and R.
- Strong interest in working with new technologies, absorbing new knowledge and applying it quickly.
