We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to provide programming and analytical support for our research and development efforts. This person will work together with computational and experimental biologists to design, develop and maintain computational systems and pipelines. Responsibilities will include database design and management, workflow development and data visualization/reporting. We are looking for a full stack developer with strong software engineering skills, knowledge of molecular biology/bioinformatics strongly preferred but not required. Candidates should have excellent technical background, strong communication skills and enjoys working in interdisciplinary team. Technical Requirements:

- Full stack developer on linux platform
- Strong proficiency with scripting language such as python or perl
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational database management system
- Experience with Git or other code versioning system
- Experience with web frameworks to develop database front ends
- Experience with statistical analysis and/or data visualization tools such as R shiny or D3
- Familiarity with computing cluster and Amazon Web Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Master or equivalent in Bioinformatics, computer science or related fields.
- BS in computer science or related fields
