Position Purpose Support the design and implementation of epidemiologic studies to understand disease burden in Centene population and health care services being utilized for disease diagnosis and treatment. This position will assist in the planning and implementation of clinical programs to prevent and control diseases and to improve quality and efficiency of care delivered to Centene population.

Position Purpose Support the design and implementation of epidemiologic studies to understand disease burden in Centene population and health care services being utilized for disease diagnosis and treatment. This position will assist in the planning and implementation of clinical programs to prevent and control diseases and to improve quality and efficiency of care delivered to Centene population.
- Design and implement epidemiologic studies to understand disease burden and health care services being utilized for disease diagnosis and treatment.
- Conduct epidemiological and statistical analyses on data and prepares results for review.
- Design experiments for fully randomized designs (statistical power, reductions in factor correlations, variance inflation factors).
- Write detailed statistical analysis plans including specifications for analysis files, consistency checks, tables, and figures.
- Conduct program study analysis, review study results and prepare statistical methods section for clinical and statistical reports.
- Ensure oversight of observational studies to quantify disease epidemiology patient exposure, safety and effectiveness.
- Monitor progress of study activities (e.g. data collection and validation, recruitment, pilot studies, focus groups, etc.) and ensures study objectives are met.
- Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularly.
