Job Description:
In the course of a 24-month individual rotation plan, you get to know the multiple aspects of Digital & IT (e.g. Digital Marketing, Connected Labs, Bioinformatics, etc.): After a first assignment at your home base in the USA, you will be going international to one of our subsidiaries for a second assignment. In the third assignment, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area. Start of the Program: Fall 2017 Who You Are: -MBA or Business Related Master degree with Bachelor in Natural Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Computation Biology Bioinformatics or related fields) -Outstanding academic performance (top scores) -International experience -First practical experience via internships, preferably within Marketing or related fields -High motivation and passion to discover answers to all kinds of difficult questions -Fluency in English (German or other language skills a plus)
