Come intern with our Systems Technology and Optimization STO division within the Software Services Group SSG. We are looking for energetic and passionate interns. In this position the candidate will work on state of the art algorithms and optimizations in areas including deep learning and computer vision. The project will also include architecture analysis, performance characterization, and hardware-specific optimizations. This work may extend to cover several heterogeneous compute blocks such as GPUs, CPUs, FPGAs, and purpose-built accelerators. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Requirements: - Must be pursuing a PhD in in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology or any related field. - Minimum of 3 months experience with:- Programming skills in C, C++
