Job Description:
As we continue to build out our Computational Biology group, we are looking to add a talented summer intern/co-op who has exposure to NGS technologies as well as current machine learning approaches to help us analyze large datasets. The role involves analyzing both publicly available datasets (e.g ENCODE) and in-house generated data to gain insights into regulatory mechanisms specific to cell-types of interest, as well as helping us decipher which approach is the best suited for the kinds of data we are generating in-house. Responsibilities :
Additional Info:
Funded by world-class healthcare investors Venrock, Arch Venture Partners, Illumina Ventures, and Matrix Capital Management, Encoded is combining the precision of gene regulation with the versatility of gene therapies. We aim to create breakthrough treatments for individuals living with severe genetic diseases.
