Job Description:
Bristol-Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases. We are seeking highly experienced bioinformaticians to join the bioinformatics analysis team at our new site in Cambridge, MA.You will use cutting-edge bioinformatic approaches to integrate and analyze genomic datasets from preclinical studies, clinical samples, and real-world datasets to identify mechanisms of resistance to current oncology and immuno-oncology therapies. You will collaborate with experts in oncology and drug discovery inside and outside of BMS to advance our understanding of resistance to current therapies and develop new approaches to benefit patients.

Responsibilities
Engage experimental biologists, clinicians and other key stakeholders to develop and execute data analysis strategies for pre-clinical and clinical studies
Analyze pre-clinical and clinical datasets (e.g., large-scale omics datasets including RNASeq, exome and whole genome sequencing, single cell sequencing) to generate actionable insights
Identify potential biomarkers for patient enrichment strategies and gain mechanistic insights of responses and resistances to I-O treatments
Summarize analysis results and report conclusions to BMS decision-making bodies and to the external scientific community
