Job Description:
Under supervision, will develop scripts and a pre-processing pipeline for fMRI data analyzed by the Swartz lab. This will include programming scripts for the analysis of fMRI data, as well as developing protocols for quality control.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:- Experience working with Matlab and Python programming languages.
- Educational background in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working as a programmer in an fMRI lab.
- Experience designing scripts for the pre-processing and analysis of fMRI data.
- Expertise in the use of SPM and MATLAB for the analysis of fMRI data.
- Expertise in the use of E-prime for the presentation of fMRI tasks and collection of behavioral data.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Skills to solve unanticipated problems.
