Job Description:
A 5-year international collaborative project between the University of Edinburgh and the University of Texas at Austin, is seeking an ambitious research associate to process and analyse data, and publish high-impact research on the human brain structural connectome in large datasets collected across the life course. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a successful multidisciplinary team, on a large project grant funded by the US National Institutes of Health (NiH), and on some of the largest and most informative datasets in the connectomics research field. The successful candidate should possess a PhD or equivalent qualification, with an award in Neuroscience, Bioinformatics, Physics, or a related discipline being highly advantageous. They will have strong computational skills, and experience with structural brain MRI connectomic and graph theoretical methods.
