Job Description:
Job duties are to perform laboratory research and integrative 'omics data analysis to gain systems-level understanding of mechanisms underlying virus-host interactions, innate immune responses, and metabolic dysregulation, and host differences in viral suppression and therapeutic responses in HIV infection.

PhD in microbiology, immunology, virology, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, computational biology, or bioinformatics and experience using bioinformatics to analyze and integrate large-scale datasets are required. Some programming experience together with relevant experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, epigenetics, infection assays, and FACS analysis are desirable.
