Job Description:
Conduct independent bioinformatics research integrating datasets from mass spectrometry-based metabolomics platforms together with RNA-seq and proteomics datasets for the purpose of characterizing metabolic pathways in immune and cancer cells. Participate in the mentorship of laboratory technicians and graduate students under the direction of PI. Required Qualifications: PhD in Bioinformatics + 5 years’ postdoctoral research experience working with metabolomics, proteomics, and RNAseq data and the associated software, and experience integrating these data sets to develop and test hypotheses at the bench + record of peer reviewed publications.
