Job Description:
Support healthcare projects in the federal domain, weaving understanding of the life sciences and data science into a compelling format that is client and solutions driven and easily digestible, resulting in client approval. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensure the quality of deliverables, manage staff and client communications, provide analysis of project deliverables, and perform other duties. Communicate with firm leadership to infuse new knowledge into the project, when required, and to perform regular reviews. Advocate for staff and be supportive of their development needs. Basic Qualifications: -1+ years of experience in a professional work environment. -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project required. -Experience with conducting life sciences research and leveraging that experience to help assist clients with attaining programmatic goals . -Ability to obtain a security clearance. -MS degree. Additional Qualifications: -Experience with scientific research processes and bioinformatics, health, and analytical tools. -Experience with communicating the value of biomedical research data and explaining complex analyses and themes to technical and non technical audiences. -Knowledge of federal healthcare a plus. -Ability to show a track record of solving large, complex problems. -MS, MA, or MPH degree in Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Genetics, Neuroscience, or other health-related field preferred; PhD degree in Biology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Genetics, Neuroscience, or other health-related field a plus.
