Duties / Responsibilities:

As the DSI Security Lead at Dow DuPont you will own and drive the R&D IT security strategy, in alignment with DowDuPont corporate security standards. You will collaborate across different competencies (Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, core IT) and platforms (intranet, cloud, mobile) to guide implementations and ensure alignment. This role will be the focal point for all security related topics in R&D and connect our engineers with corporate IT security functions. You will work within the Research Architecture team to align DSI best practices with our security strategy.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience:

This position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field and at least 8 years of demonstrated success designing and implementing security solutions, or equivalent combination. Prior leadership experience preferred.

·Demonstrated background in Software Development with 8+ years of experience in one or more Object Oriented languages and solid understanding of SDLC

·Experience with Mobile Security Practices, BYOD and Conditional Access.

·Proven experience with web based authentication (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, …)

·Proven experience with authorization strategies and protocols (RBAC, ABAC, UMA, …)

·Familiarity with Cloud Models and Concepts (AWS Services and Azure as a plus)

·Familiarity with NIST CSF (Cyber Security Framework) and other industry regulations (like SOX, GDPR)

·Experience with Security Assessment and Designing Complex Network Topologies.

·Industry Security Certifications are a plus (like CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSK …)
