Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join the team. You will build and maintain a web server for interpretation of NGS data in diagnostics and precision medicine, supported by a backend of large scale genomics databases. This individual is expected to be, or develop into, externally recognized expert in precision diagnostics and medicine. -Develop a web application that annotates and interprets the functional and clinical impacts of patient’s genomic profile. -Maintain and scale the web server in a cloud computing environment. -Develop big data framework to efficiently compute information for NGS data annotation and interpretation through interfacing with a large-scale database backend.
