- Develop instrument control and image acquisition software
- Work with early stage customers to customize image acquisition software for different microscopes
- Develop highly multiplex immunofluorescence data analysis and visualization tools
- Ongoing refinement of our software solutions
- Participate and help drive software and data analysis partnerships and collaborations
- B.S. in software engineering, computer science, or bioinformatics
- Minimum 2+ years of experience developing software for the life science tools industry
- Highly proficient in Java and Python
- Knowledge of web-based applications and cloud infrastructure
- Experience in image analysis computation and feature extraction
