Job Description:
As a member of the Computational Biology development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test plans, creating automated test suites, verifying bug fixes and conducting hands-on testing Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs). As a member of the Quality Engineering team, you will work on the release qualification for the Computational Biology toolboxes. You will participate in projects from their early design stages and play a critical role in driving them to final product release.

- Develop test plans and test procedures based on functional and design specifications
- Design and develop new test suites
- Maintain and execute interactive testing plans on multiple platforms
- Identify, report, and qualify detected bugs using an in-house bug tracking system Experience with technical computing languages such as MATLAB or Python is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented programming
- Ability to triage issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
