We are seeking a highly motivated person to join the biological sequence analysis group of Toby Gibson at EMBL to work on software tools and web resource development. The group develops and applies biological software tools in the analysis of protein data and is known as a co-developer of the widely used ClustalW alignment software. Our most important publicly accessible bioinformatics web server is the Eukaryotic Linear Motif resource, ELM (http://elm.eu.org/).
