We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated bioinformatics scientist to support Nurix’s mission of targeting E3 ubiquitin ligases in the areas of oncology and immunology. The successful candidate will have a broad bioinformatics experience base with a good working knowledge of cancer genomics and pathway biology. This individual will work closely with our drug discovery project scientists and informatics group to build Nurix’s internal bioinformatics capabilities and address project needs. Activities will include mining publicly available NGS data to identify new target opportunities and address translational research questions for drug discovery programs, analyzing omics data sets and analyzing shRNA/CRISPR library screen data sets.
