Software Engineer with experience in complex, scalable systems to join the Functional Genomics Development Team at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) located on the Wellcome Genome Campus near Cambridge in the UK. Reporting to the Functional Genomics Development Team Leader the Software Engineer will be developing the BioStudies database, a new data resources at EMBL-EBI that serves as a generic data archive for biomolecular datasets. In particular, you will, together with the user interface development project leader, design, implement and maintain the BioStudies data access interface and BioStudies submission tool.
