Job Description:
LSUHSC-School of Medicine’s Bioinformatics and Genomics Program within the Department of Genetics in New Orleans is seeking to fill a Bioinformatics Analyst position. The successful candidate will provide broad bioinformatics, computational genomics and computer programmer solutions and support services on analysis of multiplatform genomics, genotype, sequence and other biological data and integration of these data with clinical information on ongoing research programs and collaborative projects.

Work collaboratively with faculty and will be involved in providing bioinformatics solutions and consulting services on collaborative projects.
Assist the Principal Investigator with analysis, visualization, interpretation and organization of data for publication
