Job Description:
Work under the Manager of Clinical Bioinformatics and support our current Clinical Operations for NGS (Next Gen Sequencing) assays. The candidate will support many of our current applications and maintain the current pipelines that support the Profile project as well as provide support to the end users of this data. The successful candidate will play a role in the evaluation of our current systems and the planning and development of future applications.

Principal Respnsibilities:
Maintain and run our current NGS production pipeline operations composed of both in-house and vendor software tools related to the pipeline
Improve the current pipeline automation by developing on the feature requests and enhancements from the end users
Be the point person of support for existing web applications for technical review, pathologist review & sign out of patient information and other pipeline questions on a rotating schedule shared by the entire team.
Create and maintain software documentation for the pipeline and other tools.
Supporting production environment and operations
Assist with maintaining standards and identifying of best practices
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers (Scientists & Pathologists)
Work with cross-functional team members to recommend technical solutions and design options for the next versions of pipeline[Click Here to Access the Original Job Post]
