RESPONSIBILITIES: -Develop and analyze the performance of novel algorithms for NGS data. -Develop scripts and programs for research and development applications.
-Integrate internal and external data sources for comprehensive analysis.
-Collaborate with technology development on experimental design and assay optimization. -Maintain legacy code and make improvements to it. -Participate in brainstorming sessions. -Interact with other teams and groups, internally and externally. -Create and maintain a highly productive and motivating environment. -Provide written documentation and specifications. ABOUT YOU: -5+ years of experience with algorithm development. -Skilled in probability and statistics. -Experience with application of deep learning to genomic data. -Versed in high-level programming languages (Python and R). -Knowledge of molecular biology, genetics, and genomics. -Familiar with high-performance computing. -Experienced in C/C++. -Dedicated to make a difference. -Driven to make a positive impact in cancer diagnosis and treatment. -Great communicator with great written and verbal fluency in English. -Details oriented with an appetite to drive tasks to completion. -Ability to work well in a rapid-pace startup environment. -Ability to work well in a group. -Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. -D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, engineering, mathematics, physics or related fields.Requeriments :
