Description of the Job: Day to day processing of data. QA/QC of Next Generation sequencing (NGS) data from the NGS core for research projects. Scripting and anaylsis with existing pipelines for research projects. Development of new scripts for analysis of data. Assist with the database efforts of the RAMS Registry and MOMS PI. Assist in downloading and analysis of data sets. Upload data to external data sites. Required Qualifications:

- Familiar with languages C, C++, Python
- Familiar with handling of HIPAA and other sensitive data and information.
- Experience in NGS sequencing pipelines and analysis.
