The Bioinformatics internship is a temporary, paid position based in Marshfield, WI for approximately 12 weeks over the summer. The intern will work with our team of 4 Bioinformaticians. Responsibilities:
- Build tools and protocols to visualize multiple dimensional data set (e.g. gene centric data table).
- Enable user to interactively filter, select, and plot feature of interests.
- Undergraduate student pursuing a major in computer science or related field.
- Undergraduate student with a strong GPA and junior or senior standing.
- Understand basic fundamentals of computer programming.
- Experience in machine learning is preferred.
