Job Description:
My client is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to collaborate with experimentalists and software engineers on computational analyses and method development and validation that enable the creation of genome-scale IVDs that will impact patients through personalized medicine. Candidates must have an advanced degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science, or a related discipline (Ph.D. or M.S. plus experience), strong skills in R (including Bioconductor), and a scripting language such as Python are essential; experience in C/C++/C# desirable, working knowledge of non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT)
