Bioinformatics Scientist – High-throughput data analysis and statistical modeling

Job Description:

We are looking for one Bioinformatics Scientist high-throughput data analysis and statistical modeling.

As a bioinformatics scientist you will be a member of the Scientific Bioinformatics Platform and report to the head of the platform, Dr. Altuna Akalin. You will be responsible for data analysis and method development for genomics data sets including but not limited to high-throughput sequencing datasets. You will be interacting and collaborating with BIMSB research groups and external collaborators within defined national and international consortiums, as well as supporting research in computational epigenomics and gene regulation within the platform.

Requeriments :

• Doctorate Degree
• M.Sc. or higher Degree in Bioinformatics
• M.Sc. or higher Degree in Computer Science
