- Analysis, interpretation, and integration of next generation sequencing and other high content datasets.
- Development and implement automated methods, analytical tools and software to deliver insights and hypotheses from multi-dimensional biological data sets
- Process, analyze and interpret high volumes of cellular profiling data as part of internal and external scientific studie
- Statistical analysis of experimental data sets (in vitro/vivo and clinical)
- Development and validation of software and scripts for data analysis and processing
- Ph.D. in a computational biology or bioinformatics discipline
- Biological and technical understanding of genetic and metabolic data, preferably related to amino acid biology
- Experience defining and implementing computational solutions to data analysis and visualization across diverse types of biological and medical data, including statistical and machine learning methods
- Familiarity with programming language (MATLAB/R, python or comparable scripting language)
