To enlarge our technological knowledge and expertise, we are searching for aSenior Linux system administrator (m/f)to join our Data Management Team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrate Our HPC System, Including:

  • operating systems, backup, software environment and job scheduling(slurm)
  • Work closely with other IT experts (in house and on the medical and university campus) for system and network integration
  • Plan extensions and maintenance of the hardware; manage hard- and software lifecycles
  • Document processes and results in compliancy with regulatory demands
  • Instruct and guide team members
  • Support software development for innovative solutions in the field of cancer immunotherapy
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree in (Bio-)Informatics, Computer Science or comparable study program System administration of Linux HPC systems Experience in programming (e.g., Python/Perl/Java/C++/SQL)

Preferred experience:
