Our device will be generating 5-7TB/hour of high resolution microscope images. We are seeking enthusiastic python engineers to develop and build a high-bandwidth pipeline for biomedical data. Responsibilities: You will be involved in operational performance, data integrity, and developing a suitable control dashboard. Processing will involve image filtering, machine vision, machine learning, sequencing, bioinformatics, creation of 3D spatial data, and database storage. Qualifications:

- At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
- Demonstrated exceptional coding ability (Python preferred)
- Experience with git, build system, and testing tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Amazon AWS and Docker
- Experience with machine vision or machine learning on image feature recognition
- Experience with bioinformatics and work with genetics datasets
