Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Lead with a bioinformatics/genomics background. Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented leader who is motivated to improve the world with better information. This person, whose primary mission is to enable our customers to use the platform to best meet their goals, will develop both successful internal training programs and external customer programs from concept through scale. As a perfect fit for this role, you enjoy learning about products, becoming an expert user of them, and teaching other people how to use them.

Responsibilities:

-Define, develop and implement a global customer education/training strategy that will accelerate and scale the learning and adoption of the Seven Bridges Platform, in line with Seven Bridges business plan.

-Build and lead a high-performing team that is responsible for curriculum design, tailored training content creation, delivery, certification programs, educational events, learning tools and infrastructure.

-Mentor employees to reach their full potential by focusing on and improving the team’s:

*product knowledge

*project management skills

*presentation skills

*relationship management skills

*Lead the creation of best-in-industry live and e-learning training sessions that maximize customer adoption, retention, success, and loyalty.

-Evaluate the effectiveness of customer education initiatives in order to determine return on investment, build customer loyalty and shape future plans and priorities.

-Manage multiple projects concurrently; and, monitor activity, progress and time related to project completion.

-Identify, implement, and support the most appropriate technology and tools to enable to efficient consumption of all available self-help and training content.

-Manage technical content design working with key members of the team and company to leverage knowledge and relevant project content.

-Put in place meaningful key performance indicators and demonstrate improvement for customer knowledge.

-Work together with the customer projects department to ensure all internal team members are aware of agreed priorities.

Desired Skills:

-PhD or advanced degree in scientific/technical discipline preferred; B.S. degree required

-5+ years experience implementing, driving, and evaluating company-wide knowledge programs

-Strong knowledge management and people management experience, ideally in a scientific or technical environment

-Genomics/bioinformatics required. SaaS domain experience desired.

-Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills
