Responsibilities: -Supports, tests and troubleshoots the company’s network, server, phone and general IT systems infrastructure. -Responsible for all Install/Move/Add/Change requests, including on-boarding of new hires and off-boarding of separated employees. -Provides first level support for external customer issues, i.e. website access issues, data retrieval issues, etc. -Responds in a timely manner to incidents and requests submitted by end-users and assigned by management. -Assist in roll-out of new IT systems and infrastructure components. -Draft and revise documentation of tasks that fall under the scope of the job. -Assists with additional IT projects as needed. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required. -2+ years experience working in a help desk related position preferred. -Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment. -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential. -Self-driven and high interest in new technologies.
