The Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at the Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a faculty member (Assistant or Associate Member) with bioinformatics expertise. Experience with big data, genomics or other 'omics types is desired, particularly in RNA sequencing technologies such as RNA isoforms and/or single-cell RNASeq analysis techniques. Areas of research interest include, but are not limited to, analytical techniques supporting RNAseq gene expression, next-generation sequencing or other 'omics technologies with an emphasis on biomedical applicability.
