The Business Analytics Analyst will be involved in assessment and deep-dive analysis of the business and operational challenges by applying statistical and analytical techniques. Interpreting results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. Designing, developing, implementing and maintaining business solutions. The goal of each analysis is to provide insight and actionable recommendations that drive future business planning. The role will work directly with departments and leaders across the organization to accurately identify problems, use a wide range of problem-solving techniques, and provide roadmaps to improve decision-making. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines. However, upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for degree requirement. Minimum Experience: Four years of experience with emphasis in data mining, statistical analysis, forecasting or predictive modeling. Experience in bio-sciences and bioinformatics preferred. Graduate Degree might be able to be substituted for experience. Key Knowledge: Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Operations Research, and Data Mining techniques Key Skills:

- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft office software (specifically Excel), SQL, SAS, SAS JMP, R, or Python.
- Explain statistical concepts in easy to understand language to colleagues with little to no background in data analysis.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
